- Nactus automatically enables the listing of tutors and publishers information on its Website and App for every 'tutorial' or 'tuition' or 'classes' or 'tutor' or 'publisher/online test added to a category using its software depending on the type of services provided. The tutor/publisher information listed on the Website and App is displayed when tutees search for tutors, publishers and online tests on Website and App, and the tutor/publisher information listed on Website and App is used by the tutee to request for the classes, tutorials or online tests. Any personally identifiable information of the tutors/publishers listed on the Website and App is not generated by Nactus and is provided to Nactus by tutors/publishers who wish to enlist themselves on the Website and App, or is collected by Nactus from the public domain. Nactus displays such information on its Website and App on an AS-IS basis making no representation or warranty on the accuracy or completeness of the information. Nactus will, however, take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the identity of the tutors/publishers.
- Nactus also displays information for tutors/publishers who have not signed up or registered for the Services. Such tutors/publishers are verified by Nactus or its associates, and Nactus makes every effort to capture accurate information for such tutors/publishers. However, Nactus does not undertake any liability for any incorrect or incomplete information appearing on the Website and App for such tutors/publishers.
- As part of the registration/application creation and submission process that is available to tutees on this Website and App, certain information, including sensitive personal data or information is collected from the tutees;
- If you have inadvertently submitted any such information to Nactus and you do not agree with the manner in which such information is collected, stored or used, then you may access, modify and delete such information by using options provided on the Website and App. In addition, you can, by sending an email to email@example.com, inquire whether Nactus is in possession of your personal data, and you may also require Nactus to delete and destroy all such information;
- Tutees' personally identifiable information, which they choose to provide on the Website and App is used to help the tutees describe/identify themselves. Other information that does not personally identify the tutee as an individual, is collected by Nactus from tutees (such as, patterns of utilization described above) and is exclusively owned by Nactus. Nactus may also use such information in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, and may sell or otherwise transfer such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates. In particular, Nactus reserves with it the right to use anonymized tutee demographics information and anonymized tutee information for the following purposes:

- Analyzing such information for research and development of new technologies,

The tutees can change their e-mail and contact preferences at any time by logging into their "Account" on the Website or on the App and changing the account settings;
- At times, Nactus conducts a User survey to collect information about tutees preferences. These surveys are optional and if tutees choose to respond, their responses will be kept anonymous. Similarly, Nactus may offer contests to qualifying tutees in which we ask for contact and demographic information such as name, email address and mailing address. The demographic information that Nactus collects in the registration process and through surveys is used to help Nactus improve its services to meet the needs and preferences of tutees. This may include targeting advertising to tutees about our services;
- Nactus may keep records of electronic communications and telephone calls received and made in relation to the services or other purposes for the purpose of administration of Services, customer support, research and development and for better listing of Tutors;
- All Nactus employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of sensitive personal data or information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of every tutees' sensitive personal data and information;
- To the extent necessary to provide tutees with the services, Nactus may provide their personal information to third party contractors who work on behalf of or with Nactus to provide tutees with such Services, to help Nactus communicate with tutees or to maintain the Website and App. Generally these contractors do not have any independent right to share this information, however certain contractors who provide services on the Website and App, including the providers of online communications services, will have rights to use and disclose the personal information collected in connection with the provision of these Services in accordance with their own privacy policies.
